Bullshit & KM
I was intrigued by this post because I think indifference is harder to deal with than outright dislike when it comes to KM. But you need to be prepared, this article is full of bullshit. Take for example, the opening definition. "Bullshit isn't lying. Workplace bullshit is defined as taking place when colleagues make statements at work with no regard for the truth. Together with its associated terms 'bullshitter' and 'bullshitting,' the term bullshit encompasses both the act of communication ('to bullshit') and the information in it ('that's bullshit')." This post was an eye opener for me. Who know KM involved so much knowledge of bullshit? IntApp grows again
In what would seem to be a fantastic matchup, IntApp is buying Repstor. Mark Holman, chief strategy officer at Intapp, said, "Adding Repstor capabilities to our OnePlace and DealCloud solutions will allow firms using our solutions to better collaborate and access content to boost productivity and improve outcomes across the deal-making and engagement lifecycle, from strategy through origination and execution." Not mentioned is anything about Repstor pricing. You should probably be prepared for increases. Read more at LawSites: Intapp Says It Will Acquire Content Management Company Repstor

Universal truth: Garbage in, Garbage out
You would think that "Garbage in, Garbage out" is so universally well known, that folks like Indhu wouldn't have to write posts about the benefits of quality data. But in case someone in your management needs added convincing that your data needs cleansed, you can explain how it improves effective decision making, makes you more focused, provides for more efficient marketing, and better customer relationships: You cannot succeed in any industry if you have poor customer relations for a better competitive Advantage.
