Everybody aboard the bandwagon!
If you haven't noticed, many AI articles are now talking agents. It seems that Microsoft has joined the fray adding Magentic-One to growing market of agent-related AIs like Salesforce's Agentforce, IBM's Bee Agent Framework and others. Magentic-One sounds like a second rate Avengers team with the heros (or sub agents) being WebSurfer, FileSurfer, Coder, and Computer Terminal. So many choices for AI. The Dating Game!
When I think of what it must take to date in the year 2024, I am quite glad I've been happily married for over 26 years. I'm not sure I could hack modern dating, with the apps and the swiping and such. But according to Cat Casey picking your legal tech partner is much like dating. (We recently made some AI choices and are now looking at eDiscovery partners and frankly I'm not sure I'd agree with her.) Cat tells us all to "Fear not" and pay attention to the tips and tricks that "make finding legal AI you love a breeze for legal teams large and small!" Get your thinking cap
The billions of dollars spent on quantum computing and the pros and cons it brings to the technology table fill many of my PinHawk data streams. But Edd Gent asks us to take a step back and ponder this, writing, "Rapid advances in applying artificial intelligence to simulations in physics and chemistry have some people questioning whether we will even need quantum computers at all." He goes on to write, "Given the pace of recent advances, a growing number of researchers are now asking whether AI could solve a substantial chunk of the most interesting problems in chemistry and materials science before large-scale quantum computers become a reality."
