A game of leapfrog
Which is the better software tool is a perpetual game of leapfrog. It is always interesting to see. Has your tool of choice become better? Is the grass suddenly greener elsewhere? It is particularly useful if you have not yet made a decision on which tool to use. A boy and his pet AI
Doug Austin has a great post for sharing to the attorneys in your firm who might still not get AI or who are in their early stages of understanding and adoption. I particularly liked this:
- Prompt engineering is what you say to the AI in a single interaction.
- Context engineering is what you give the AI to work with before it ever answers.

Even Experts Fall for It
Why do we train on security awareness? Why do we not exempt anyone from that training? Because anyone can be caught - even "seasoned cybersecurity professionals". The author writes, "In a candid account, a well-known security expert and author admitted that he repeatedly failed his own company's internal phishing simulations-despite years of experience, training, and awareness." This are the challenges we face. "These failures weren't due to ignorance, but to timing, context, and human nature. His conclusion was blunt and humbling: anyone! including experts!! can be phished!!! if they are distracted, emotionally engaged, or operating on autopilot. The lesson wasn't about shame, but about realism: vigilance is a habit, not a credential."
