BOL: The Vaccine Mandate is Now Federal Law

Yesterday, the President directed OSHA to issue an Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) requiring employers of 100 or more employees to require Covid vaccination or - for workers who remain unvaccinated - to produce a negative test result on at least a weekly basis before coming to work.
