JOE BOOKMAN - President & Founder
Former Owner of CompInfo, a leader in Time and Billing software, developed for Skadden Arps & Equitable Life. Implemented in eleven of the fifty largest law firms and in over 120 corporate legal departments including more than thirty of the S&P 100.
DOUGLAS FORREST – Chief Technology Officer
Architect and designer of integrated litigation support, document management, analysis and case management software, including LIT CaseWorks for Lotus Notes and WIDE - Workflow Document Imaging Environment, as well as production workflow, business process, accounting and financial systems. Former Cravath, Swaine & Moore attorney and Vice President for Research & Development at Legal Information Technology (LIT).
